Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Wohnstraße (Sackgasse) in zentraler Lage, ca. 5 Min zur Innenstadt von Kettwig. Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Unser Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen, getrennten Eingang direkt neben der Haupt-Wohnung.
Our small and modern apartment with kitchen and bathroom is located in a 45 sqm large granny flat in a nice row house in Essen-Kettwig. It is a quiet residential street (dead end street) in a central location (about 5 minutes to the city centre of Kettwig).Our apartment has its own separate entrance right next to the main flat. In front of the house there are sufficient parking spaces.“
Küche/ kitchen
Die Küche ist mit Kaffee-Maschine, Mikrowelle, Heißwasserkocher sowie allen Kochutensilien (Töpfe, Pfanne) und Geschirr ausgestattet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt stellen wir Ihnen kostenfrei ausreichend Kaffee, Tee und Filter zur Verfügung.
In the entrance area there is a small kitchen with maximum 3 seats, a small table as well as a kitchen unit with 2 hotplates and a fridge with freezer. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle as well as all cooking utensils (pots, pan) and dishes. For a short stay, we will provide you with enough coffee, tea and filter free of charge.
Bad/ bathroom
Über eine weitere Treppe gelangen Sie in ein kleines, aber funktionales Bad mit WC, Waschbecken, Dusche und Fön.
An additional staircase leads to a small, but functional bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and hairdryer.
Wohnzimmer/ living-room
Das Schlaf-Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein 140 cm breites Bett sowie ein Einzelbett, so dass max. 3 Personen dort Platz finden. Das Zimmer ist mit einem modernen TV-Gerät (Entertain) sowie kostenfreiem WLAN ausgestattet. Vom Fenster blickt man über den kleinen Garten des Hauses auf ein grünes Tal Richtung Kettwig. In einem großen Kleiderschrank finden Ihre Kleidungsstücke ausreichend Platz.
Via a few steps one can reach the sleeping/ living room. It has a 40 cm-wide bed, as well as a single bed, so that maximum 3 people are able to find space there. The room is equipped with a modern TV set (Entertain) and free WLAN. From the window you can look over the small garden of the house and a green valley towards Kettwig. In a large wardrobe your clothes will find enough space.
